Our FBO Network - 2017 IN REVIEW, AND LOOKING AHEAD TO 2018!

2017 was an extremely busy year of growth and excellence for ExecuJet!

We increased our FBO network adding Sydney, rebranding Brussels under our banner, and also creating a partnership with St. Gallen-Altenrhein airport which saw significant traffic during the World Economic Forum 2018 in Davos this past week. Our Brussels, New Delhi, Dubai International, and Dubai South FBOs achieved International Standard for Business Aircraft Handlers (IS-BAH) accreditation, a set of global industry best practices for business aviation ground handlers; whereas Lanseria, Berlin, and Zurich FBOs achieved IS-BAH Stage-II accreditation—firsts in their respective territories! Additionally, out of Germany, our Berlin FBO has become the leading FBO in Berlin, with healthy share in a heavily competitive market and our Munich FBO underwent a successful refurbishment creating a conference facility for our customers and a separate crew rest area. Also in Europe, our Spanish FBOs had a record number of visiting aircraft during the busy summer season all whilst our Ibiza team moved to a new facility!

2017 also saw some unexpected challenges which our team met head-on with compassion, team work, and resilience.

Hurricane Irma devastated much of the Caribbean including severely damaging our Saint Maarten FBO. Thankfully, and most importantly, all our team were safe and immediately were able to start reconstruction efforts. We handled humanitarian and relief flights during this challenging time and many of our customers graciously donated to relief efforts. On the other side of the world, Mount Agung in Bali threatened to erupt causing seismic activity and flight disruptions for months before it actually erupted in late November and again this January. Fortunately, no one on our team has been hurt, however we continue to monitor the situation and are prepared to assist the local community however we can.

We are so proud of our team working together at each and every FBO and across the world! The team regularly shares experiences and opportunities to become more efficient while maintaining an extremely high-level of service to our customers and radiating compassion in the face of unexpected natural disasters.

Looking ahead to 2018, we will continue to amaze our customers with our extraordinary service while expanding our global footprint so you can just fly and let us look after the details.
